Healthy Helpers Annual Retreat

Take time for your own wellness while earning 7 continuing education credits (LCSW, LSW, LPC, LAPC, MFT, LAMFT). 

This one-day retreat for mental health professionals in Pennsylvania is designed specifically for therapists who want to renew their energy, reflect on their work, and practice the same self-care skills we encourage our clients to use.

At the Healthy Helpers Retreat, you’ll:

  • Gain 7 continuing ed credits (LCSW, LSW, LPC, LAPC, MFT, LAMFT)

  • Register for and choose sessions that fit your needs and interests

  • Leave with insights, reflections, and a feeling of rejuvenation

Cost $300. Lunch is included and parking is available.

Remember those college days when you hoped your professor would take class outside on a beautiful day? We are taking that feeling and running with it. 

Sessions will be held outdoors as much as possible, creating space for reflection, mindfulness, and intentional care. You’ll be invited to participate in ways that recognize your individual needs, comfort, and vulnerability.

Saturday, September 12, 2026 from 9:00am–4:30pm; Sign-in begins at 8:45am.

Sessions will be inside and outside.


Outline of the day:

8:45am - 9:00am: Sign in
9:00am - 9:30pm: Welcome and Set Intentions
9:30am-12:00pm Sessions

12:15pm - 1:00pm: Lunch (included)
1:00pm - 4:05pm: Sessions
4:10-4:30pm Closing, Turn in evaluations, complete self care plan, and carry intentions forward

What Do I Need to Bring?

Please bring a yoga mat, block or blanket, water bottle, and anything else to be comfortable throughout the day. Lunch will be provided.

  3. Submit the form and complete payment through PayPal.

  4. After payment, you’ll receive an email with your personalized schedule.
