Contact Our Pittsburgh-Area Therapists

Let’s Talk.

Our neurodivergent-affirming therapists provide counseling for anxiety, ADHD, autism, depression and grief, and trauma, plus executive functioning coaching for teens and adults.

Sessions are available in person in Pittsburgh and through secure online counseling across Pennsylvania.

Your First Counseling Session

Before your first appointment, you must contact your insurance company and verify coverage, learn of any deductible or co-pays that will be due at your visit.

You’ll receive a link to our secure client portal to complete your intake paperwork ahead of time. This ensures your first session focuses on your goals, not forms. The more information you provide, the better we are able to help.

We understand that beginning therapy can feel uncomfortable. Our counselors create a calm, affirming space (whether you meet in person or through telehealth) where you can share your thoughts openly and work toward meaningful change.

We look forward to the opportunity to collaborate with you, see you grow, and gain skills for the life you desire.

Insurance

We accept most major insurance providers for counseling and therapy services in Pennsylvania, including Highmark, Blue Cross/Blue Shield, Optum, United Healthcare, United Behavioral Health, UPMC commercial plans, Geisinger, PEAK, Aetna and Cigna.

Co-pays and deductibles are collected at the end of each session. Common CPT codes include 90791, 90837, 90834, 90846, 90847, 90832.

Cash Clients or Self-Pay Clients

We also welcome self-pay and sliding scale counseling clients. Licensed clinician fees range from $100–$150, and associate level mental health therapist sessions start at $65.

A credit card must be kept on file.

FAQ

Q: Can I keep my current therapist while seeing a clinician at your practice?

A: We encourage clients to recognize that neurodivergence is not confined to one area—it impacts all aspects of your life, including your relationships, mood, and overall wellness. While we respect your existing therapeutic relationship, we have found that starting with a solo clinician at our practice often yields the most effective and comprehensive results. This allows us to fully integrate our specialized care.

If you choose to see both providers, we view it as essential for your current therapist and your therapist at our practice to communicate and coordinate treatment goals. You may find that a temporary focus on solo work with us is most beneficial, with the option to return to your current therapist later.

We support Racial and Social Justice, are Allies of LGBTQIA+, and celebrate Neurodiversity!
